Power Allocation and User Grouping for NOMA Downlink Systems

چکیده
Non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) technology allows users to use the same time-frequency resource send signals, which can improve spectral efficiency and throughput. We study problems of user grouping power allocation in downlink a multi-carrier NOMA system. The sum rate is optimization goal. A step-by-step adopted. Users are grouped first then allocated. For grouping, method based on maximum channel gain difference improved prevent with similar gains from being together. allocation, deep learning algorithm used among subcarriers. Then, closed-form expressions between multiplexed derived according minimum transmission constraint. simulation results show that compared fractional transmit fixed method, improves system by about 2.2% 19%, respectively. methods we propose 10% subcarriers users.

On the Power Allocation Limits for Downlink Multi-user NOMA with QoS
The fundamental power allocation requirements for NOMA systems with minimum quality of service (QoS) requirements are investigated. For any minimum QoS rate R0, the limits on the power allocation coefficients for each user are derived, such that any power allocation coefficient outside of these limits creates an outage with probability equal to 1. The power allocation coefficients that facilita...
متن کاملBackhaul-Aware Decoupled Uplink and Downlink User Association, Subcarrier Allocation, and Power Control in FiWi HetNets
Decoupling the uplink and downlink user association improves the throughput of heterogeneous networks (HetNets) and balances the traffic load of macro- and small- base stations. Recently, fiber-wireless HetNets (FiWi-HetNets) have been considered as viable solutions for access networks. To improve the accuracy of user association and resource allocation algorithms in FiWi-HetNets, the capacity ...
متن کاملResource Allocation for Downlink NOMA Systems: Key Techniques and Open Issues
This article presents advances in resource allocation (RA) for downlink non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) systems, focusing on user pairing (UP) and power allocation (PA) algorithms. The former pairs the users to obtain the high capacity gain by exploiting the channel gain difference between the users, while the later allocates power to users in each cluster to balance system throughput and...
متن کاملRate-Splitting for Downlink Multi-User Multi-Antenna Systems: Bridging NOMA and Conventional Linear Precoding
Space-Division Multiple Access (SDMA) utilizes linear precoding to separate users in the spatial domain and relies on fully treating any residual multi-user interference as noise. Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) uses linearly precoded superposition coding with successive interference cancellation (SIC) to superpose users in the power domain and relies on user grouping and ordering to enfo...
متن کاملJoint ABS and user grouping allocation for HetNet with picocell deployment in downlink
In order to resolve the co-channel inter-cell interference problem in heterogeneous networks (HetNet), the feature of almost blank subframes (ABS) in the time domain of the enhanced inter-cell interference coordination (eICIC) is utilized. In this paper, an ABS configuration design is developed on downlink in HetNet and the associated resource allocation problem for maximizing the system perfor...
